Alchemist Project

This Bourbon producer cooperative project is now a "coffee brand" created by coffee growers in the Vale de Grama region. They have made significant investments in education and technological innovation. Today, they work with products from eight regions of Brazil.

For years, the Alchemist Project has been conducting various experiments to improve the quality of coffee grown on a large scale. This batch comes from the state of Espirito Santo, one of the smallest coffee-growing areas on Brazil's southeast coast. The cherries are processed using the classic washed method and then dried on a concrete terrace under a tarpaulin. This coffee offers a stable cup profile and is a good representation of the potential of Espirito Santo state coffees.
