Once the coffee is done, stir the beverage counterclockwise. With this, the X shped indentations throw the coffee, multiplying it’s surface area contacting air. The oxygen in air does the rest, gradually changing the coffee’s flavour. Naturally, more contact with air cools the drink quicker, so it can be enjoyed earlier.

Thanks to it’s spotless glass surface usage is hygienic. Does not release any additional components, so it’s safe for those with allergies. The handle is comfortable, the mouth is safe, the users fingers do not come in contact with the hot walls of the glass kettle. The tepering of the mouth prevents beverages from spashing/dripping on your table.
