Preparation: Hot preparation (250 mL) - With steam lance: Pour 200 mL of milk into a small jug. Heat the milk with the steam lance for 5 seconds until it reaches approx. 65 °C. Add 10 g powder (equivalent to 2 heaped teaspoons or 1 heaped tablespoon) to the milk. Froth again with the steam lance for 20 seconds until the drink is well mixed and creamy. Cold preparation (300 mL) - With shaker: Fill a glass with 5 ice cubes. Pour 200 mL of milk over the ice cubes. Add 10 g powder (2 heaped teaspoons or 1 heaped tablespoon). Shake everything vigorously in the shaker for 10 seconds.
