My premium drinking chocolate boasts a high cocoa content of 55 % and is made with carefully selected cocoa beans (contains both cocoa mass and cocoa butter). I’m really special and am usually only enjoyed in small portions because my ingredients are so rich. Just the thing for chocolate lovers. My chocolate powder is sure to go down a treat with connoisseurs and is quick and easy to make with hot milk. Give your imagination free rein and add espresso, cream, sauces, syrups or Toppings.

Ingredients: Sugar, Cocoapowder, cocoa paste, reduced fat cocoa powder, cocoa butter, whole milk powder, skimmed milk powder. Min. 55% cocoa.

 

Ratio of Chocolate:

  • Dark chocolate 45%
  • Milk chocolate 35%
  • White chocolate 20%

 

Preparation: Slowly steam 25g of chocolate powder with 100ml of milk. Carefully mix until lump-free.
