By blending the finest Sicilian lemons with spring water and quinine of the highest quality from the fever trees of the Democratic Republic of the Congo, we have created a delicious lemon tonic water with an authentic refreshing taste and aroma.
The sharpness of the Sicilian lemons and the gentle bitterness of the quinine brilliantly counterbalance the sweetness of sweet and fruity gins and really help bring out the fruit flavours that can otherwise be overpowered and lost.
We use beautifully rugged and irregular lemons from mature groves on the ancient island of Sicily. The Mediterranean climate produces richly fragrant lemons that produce a lusciously sweet juice, alongside the recongisably sharp, tart taste.
